New Job
So, after getting all of the things that I needed to do right away for my mission, I have been looking for a job. I got one today. It is nothing exciting, but I am excited anyways. I got a job working for the state, so I get weekends and holidays off. Nice! It is in a cafeteria though. So I will be working the line and the cash register. Sounds like fast food, eh? The people seem nice and it should be fun. It is about six hours a day, so there is plenty of time to do the other things that need to be done. I love you all! Oh, and specifically Becca is a bad gig! It is your turn to right and it has been almost 3 weeks!

~Living the life of a Provoite!~
So this week has been fun for me! I started my new job at APX alarm company. It is so good! I am a Quality Assurance and Training person....I basically grade calls all day and come up with new training programs for new employees. It is kinda funny that I got this job seeing as I am completely unqualified but it is a blessing! I love it. And we all know if I love getting to work at 8 and leaving at 5 in the evening saying that i love it is interesting! So yeah basically all week I have just been trying to adjust my schedule to accomidate for sleep and work and not very much play. But this weekend I tried to make up for lost time. I went camping on Friday night with some of my old companions. We went up past rock canyon and it was tons of fun! Then yesterday we went to the Strawberry Days rodeo. Man! I remember now why I loved being a hick.....COWBOYS!!!! There were some handsome young men in wranglers....but yeah it was super fun! After that we had a dance party latin style. It was way fun! So yeah things are going well here. It is good to hear about everyone else! Have fun!

Beantown
So good to hear what's going on in your guys' life. Sorry I haven't posted in a really long time, well other than the website. First off, I agree with Tiff; Becca we NEED details, don't be leaving us in the dark like this!!
Life here for me, well I've already been to the dentist 3 times this summer, I have a lot of cavities. I have to go back once more to the regular dentist and then I have three more appointments with the oral surgeon because I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled July 3rd, I know bummer right before the big day of celebration but it has to be done. I got to see some of my old high school buddies last night as we went out to dinner at TGI Fridays. It was great because I hadn't seen them for 1.5 years. Guess what?? They all said I look like I've gotten taller!! Yay me! Tomorrow night is a big YSA dance that a friend and I are going to, we'll see how that treats us but I'm sure I'll have fun. I've been babysitting a few times each week so I'm rolling in the cash...j/k. I'm having fun!! I'll try to get some pictures posted soon.
July 10th I fly to Ohio to visit with my sister for 9 days. I'll get to see my nephew!! And new news, my sister is pregnant again!! I'll be an Aunt for the second time come January, wicked exciting!! Oh and I've learned how to put up a ceiling and how to put in a countertop...I've been doing some work with my brother and it's been great. Other than that, I've been going on bike rides and swimming with my little buddy Patrick, I guess you can call him my playmate for the summer. :-) Do any of you guys know how to post something that only us girls can see?? Cuz I have more to share but don't want the world to see...you never know who looks at this :-)
I love you all, keep smiling!!

He is Like A needle In a Hay Stack
Hey roomies, I hope everyone is well and enjoying life. Yesterday I had the pleasure of playing basketball with a bunch of guys at our stake center. They do it every Thursday, but I never go because it is 50 minutes away. Anyway, I needed to get out of the house so I took the chance. I had fun and I got to talk to a cute, eligible guy. It was like finding a needle in a hay stack. I actually met him at the university branch I went to twice, but we never really said two words to each other. The best part about it is that he is a BYU student doing an internship here. I would have to say that is the best news I have heard all summer. We were on the same team and he made most of the points. (Jamie this is good, right?) I do have to admit that I was amused by the fact that he was a ball hog (Jamie his outside was incredably ugly, but he could shoot well inside). At one point in the game I stole the ball, passed it to him and then ran down to get open and sure enough i was in front of him wide open for a nice pass and he even had one guy trailing close behind him and he still took it the whole way. When I was running back on defense I thought to myself, "it is a good thing he made the shot and he is cute or I would be furious right now."
quick note: this mourning I recieved an email from cougar mail about a women's football camp. I laughed when I saw it. It would be hilarious if we went.

Batgirl Hat
I think that a painter might need a hat to wear and for this job to be well done it might need some superhero powers like batgirl powers. I started painting the house. It is actually alot of fun. It is a long process, but at least it is keeping me busy. Have a great week!

My Reunion
Hey, I thought I would share a little of my family reunion with you so here are some pictures and stories.
The first day was sunday. We did a puppet show for the gandchildren. I was Sam the bird (the one with a barbie blender to present to king Labon). I think the little kids fit better behind the stage.

On Thursday we took family pictures in Albuquerque and then came home and had girls night out while the boys went camping. Believe me i would have rather been camping, but It was nice to have some piece and quiet. If you look closely you can tell which feet are mine. I do not know how to paint my toes. My sister and sister-in-law had to redue them for me. We also watched "The Lake House". It is an excellent chick flick.

Friday was the last day. We were all so tired. My oldest brother had all ready left with his family. If they would have still been there for this trampaline lounge I do not know if the trampoline would have survived.
Well, it was a great week. The next three weeks I am going to be painting my house. Hopfully I will be able to do a descent job.
Love you all, Tiff
Fashion Suggestions for Jackie's Mission
Dearest Jackie,
Becca and I were laughing in the car today thinking of how nice you will have to look everyday on your mission. I was serving in a stinking hot poverty stricken area so I wore t shirts and sicky skirts. Becca concurs with this...meaning she too dressed of a similar manner. We were thinking of you over in Europe with all them civilized people and thought..."Oh man! Jackie is going to have to get all dolled up every day" So we have decided to give a few suggestions. Remember that day that you scrunched your hair for brian? Yeah we do too! It was amazing! We have voted and decided that should be your daily hair routine. Nice, easy, what more could a girl want. Ummm....what else..... Black skirts= your best friend. Wrinkle Free= awesomeness. knee highs are going to be the bane of your existance.....fear not many sisters have gone before you and we aren't dead yet...possibly the effects of circulation being cut off may appear in our later lives in the form of veraclose veins. Yuck...however by that time we will be married and we will just chalk that up to one more sacrifice for the greater good. (ok so if you haven't realized this yet it is extremely late and I am extremely bored/weird) Lets see anything else? Lets ask Becca Foot Powder is not an option it is mandatory! It will save you and your companion...Well that is our column for this week. Tune in next week

Duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh Batgirl!!

Bet you can't do this......
I just wanted to introduce you to the amazing and very talented Simon Henry Heiselt.
Check out his flexibility and the position he's holding even as he sleeps!! I'll personally give a gold star to anyone who can imitate the little guy. This amazing young fellow is obviously my nephew and is going to miss me terribly (or so I tell myself) when I leave Hawaii tonight. At eight weeks old he is quite the little acrobat. Not long ago he rolled himself over from lying on his stomache to settling on his back. The first time he impressed us with his performance he acted as if it was nothing- easy shmeasy- and has since proven that his little act was no fluke- he is an honest to goodness certified roller. He has no trouble supporting his head all by himself (a feat he began immediately after coming into this world- as in right after he was born) and I just want you all to know that the day he came home from the hospital he totally did a push up while supporting his rather nicely shaped head- again- as if it was nothing. What a stud! He is fascinated with the ceiling here- and I can't say that I blame him- it's nice. Ü He's such an intelligent young lad and I'm
convinced that he knows his little family won't be in Hawaii much longer- so he's trying to take it all in- and refuses to the best of his ability to fall asleep- always. Though he might just inherit that trait from his mother and father. Most of all I want you all to know that I am in Simon's world. It is a little known fact that when Simon pukes all over you- you are special and specially invited into his little world. This momentous event occurred while I was being welcomed to Lizzie's Ward's Relief Society. Just as the women were finishing up visitor #2 and getting to me Simon emptied his little tummy all over me. I felt very special. True confession- I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself once I return to Provo- there are no babies there and even though I've been told that babies fly free- I have not been permitted to bring the little thug home, so these pictures will have to suffice.

Trip to the Mile High City
Well, this is my exciting life for the last week. I drove my Sister and her two boys up to Denver to meet her husband. They are living there for a summer internship. We basicly explored Denver for four days. We went to the Capitol and stood on the step that said "one mile below sea level". My brother-in-law and I found out that it was not exact. When we looked closer at the steps we found two more old writings that said one mile high as well. Anyway, I discovered that the sea level changes. I also went to the 16th street mall. It was a fancy outside mall. The streets are closed for automobile and lined with benches and fancy street lights. We also went to some outlet malls and went to some parks. We found one park that was about 2 miles long with two lakes and a small pond, play grounds, lots of open fields, and a bike rental. We rent a "Flinstones" bike and rode it for an hour around the park. I wanted to go hiking in the amazing mountains, but that is kind of hard with two little boys under three. Hopefully I will go back some day to hike those mountains. Now I am back at home with my family. We are trying to get ready for our big family reunion on Saturday. Yesterday I cleaned out all of my Barbie stuff. Yes, believe it or not I was a big barbie fan when I was little. It actually took me all day since they were so dirty from being in the shed and atic. Well, Love ya all and just a reminder I do want roommates for the fall so someone else should pay their deposit at Alta.

Another Week... Another Post
So what has been going on within the walls of good ol' 56? Good question! It all kinda just blurs together. Let's see....we had Brittney's Birthday Beer Bash (root beer that is) that was fun! We made homemade root beer and danced and watched a movie. Uh....Brittney and I (Jenny) went to fortune and ate old Chinese food....OK maybe that isn't that exciting....we have been hanging out constantly....I think that is pretty much what this summer is going to be. People are always out in the knoll and over at our apartment. It is nice to just chill and talk to people. Uh lets see...Nance and Britt are gone now....sad day....Becca is still gone too....(perhaps if they wrote on the blog in their absence it would be better than me just saying they are gone ha ha) So yeah nothing too out of the ordinary this week. Ugh! I got a ticket from the Orem Police for not wearing my seat belt. I was the passenger and he still ticketed me....Grrrrr! I wasn't very happy about that. The only positive thing about that is that at least we are in Utah where the fine is only 45 dolla not 171 like in Washington....so yeah that is it for the week...morals of the week is be sure to wear your seat belt and don't put too much cinnamon in your root beer it will taste weird! Have fun girlies!

Home life
Girls, I can't say it enough...I'm so happy I came home this summer. I've spent time with my family, met new friends, gotten to know old friends better, gotten to relax more than ever and hopefully will be of some good to. There is so many missionary opportunities out here, not just cuz there's tons of non members either, even just within the church, there are so many of my friends who have stopped coming to church. And it's hard to see what has become of some of them but I want them to see the joy and happiness that I have for belonging to the church, I want them to see that their lives could be better with the gospel being apart of it. It's a hard job to convert people to the gospel but I think it is even harder to get those who have fallen away to come back to the gospel. I'm going to try. Pray for my efforts and for those who I am trying to reach please. I love you all and miss you but I know what I'm here for and that it's not just coincidental. :-D Keep on trucking guys!!
